What price terms you are offering?
We can quote FOB China, CIF, CNF, Local delivery and EX-factory.
Do you support customization?
We can tailor make items according to client’s specification.
Do you charge for samples?
Upon acceptance of our development cost quoted, we will develop your samples.
Such cost will be refunded / deducted from the first shipment invoice accordingly.
What is the MOQ for the products?
Yes, there will be MOQ for most of the items. MOQ varies depending on items or material selected and to be discussed.
Do you have any catalogue?
Neither we provide catalogue nor upload client’s items to website.
It is because photos on printed catalogue do not reflect updated items and we are strict not to disclose our client’s designs and concepts to the public.
What is your production lead time?
Our normal delivery is around 60 days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit.
What are your payment terms?
All common payment terms can be considered.
Eg. Deposit and Balance upon receipt of shipping documents.
